Zeiger is a graduate student in the Psychological and Quantitative Foundations (PSQF) Department. They are both a PhD student in the Couple and Family Therapy (CFT) program and MA student in the Educational Measurement and Statistics (EMS) program.
Zeiger's research and clinical focus includes the LGBTQ+ and other underserved populations, identity development, trauma, Adverse Childhood Experiences, and resiliency. They hold a MS in Human Development and Family Science, with a clinical focus in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Central Missouri. They have a Marital and Family Therapist Temporary License in Iowa and are a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and a Certified Family Trauma Professional. Currently, Zeiger serves the University of Iowa and surrounding area's community as a therapist and associate clinic director at the University of Iowa's LGBTQ Counseling Clinic.
